畢業事宜-口試後
口試後：
(請看附件一的碩博士論文規定)
1.學生口試完成後，以實驗室為單位，將個人相關資料寄到化學系信箱。
•主旨請打：XX學年度上/下學期建檔帳密所需資料
•內容：姓名、除了tmail之外的email、學號、手機
2.依學校圖書館規定設定保全 (附件二、三)並上傳[請選擇五年後公開]。

3.到系辦領取「東海大學化學系各研究室碩、博士生離校手續申請單」後，給指導教授簽名。
4.上網填寫畢業生離校問卷才能離校

After the oral defense:

Title: XX學年度 上/下學期建檔帳密所需資料(XX semester set up the account and password)
Content: Including your full name, student ID, phone number and your backup email (except t-mail)
2. Following the specification of the library to set up the security of the document (please check the attachment 2 and 3), upload it, and choose “publishing after 5 years”.

3. Coming to CHEM-Office and take “東海大學化學系各研究室碩、博士生離校手續申請單”, and then asking your director professor for signing.
4. Before you finish your graduation, you must fill in the questionnaire online.
